Includes 3-dimensional assessment and treatment and functional exercise to compliment manual therapy. Neural system assessment and treatment in the upper quadrant also included.
3-dimensional assessment and treatment of the lumbar spine, pelvis and hip
Includes 3-dimensional assessment and treatment and functional exercise to compliment manual therapy. Neural system assessment and treatment in the lower quadrant also included.
Optimising motor control of the lumbar spine, pelvis and hip
Includes assessment of dysfunctional local/global muscle recruitment using a grading system. Graded core stability exercises using motor control cues will be taught. Also includes taping techniques to optimise pelvic stability.
