  The easy weekly program has given me excellent results and made me aware of what muscles should be working and what muscles should not be doing all the work. The small classes were a bonus. BounceBack classes have allowed me to eliminate my pain adnpain medication

  I just want to say how impressed I am with your BOUNCE BACK program. As you know I was extremely close to needing surgery on my lower back. After 20 years of lower back pain on & off progressively getting worse, and as a last effort resort you offered me the opportunity to strengthen my inner core strength through your BOUNCE BACK program. A few weeks into the beginner’s 8 week course I noticed less pain overall in my lower back. Now I have completed the beginner, intermediate & part of the advanced courses in conjunction with watching how I lift & bend, my back has never been better. I have not had a back problem for 6 months now. J -Thank you.

  Bounce Back has equipped me in primarily in two ways: 1) With my recently acquired knowledge of the Bounce Back techniques, I now understand the importance of core strength in athletes and the difference it makes to being a sustainable-successful athlete ie. prevent and / or recover from injury; and 2) I've been rehabilitated from having two bulging lumbar discs and now have increased core strength enabling my return to train as a sprinter in an effort to achieve my aspirations. I'd recommend Bounce Back to anyone willing to learn more about their body and its natural mechanisms and ability to heal and strengthen.

  The Bounce Back classes were excellent in restoring stability and pain free movement, they have made a big impact. One of my buddies is currently doing the upper back program with tremendous results. I have another mate about to come and see you also thus the word of mouth refferal system still thrives when someone receives great service.
