“Take Control” Active Rehab is committed to providing high quality outcome based treatment regimes that tailor programs to individual needs rather than apply a “one size fits all” approach. Our services include:
TAKE CONTROL PROGRAM
This accredited program commences with a one hour assessment aiming to identify treatment options and expected outcomes of the TAKE CONTROL Program. It includes five 1 hour treatment sessions, a home exercise regime and BOUNCE back group physiotherapy classes. A final assessment and written report is provided at the conclusion of the program.
LATEST TECHNOLOGY
The latest technologies are available at TAKE CONTROL Active Rehab providing patients with ongoing feedback in relation to their recovery and retraining.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound technology provides visual feedback to the patient undergoing muscle retraining.
Biofeedback
Biofeedback technology provides muscle feedback indication to the patient undergoing muscle retraining.
