I just want to say how impressed I am with your BOUNCE BACK program.
As you know I was extremely close to needing surgery on my lower back. After 20 years of lower back pain on & off progressively getting worse, and as a last effort resort you offered me the opportunity to strengthen my inner core strength through your BOUNCE BACK program. A few weeks into the beginner’s 8 week course I noticed less pain overall in my lower back. Now I have completed the beginner, intermediate & part of the advanced courses in conjunction with watching how I lift & bend, my back has never been better. I have not had a back problem for 6 months now. J
