I would like to take this opportunity to show my appreciation to xxxx by saying how much your Bounce Back classes have achieved for me and have given me the confidence to be a plumber again. The Bounce Back classes taught me how to use my lower pelvic floor muscles and glut muscles to strengthen my lower back, not only that but the classes taught me how to use these muscles at work which gave me the confidence to excel in what I do again. The Bounce Back classes, in my point of view, isthe ultimate core stability workout and strenghtening programme for the back and glut areas. Thanks to all the staff at xxx and their Bounce Back classes, I am finally over my chronic back pain and nerve irritation problems.
