Testimonials

Bounce Back has equipped me in primarily in two ways: 1) With my recently acquired knowledge of the Bounce Back techniques, I now understand the importance of core strength in athletes and the difference it makes to being a sustainable-successful athlete ie. prevent and / or recover from injury; and 2) I've been rehabilitated from having two bulging lumbar discs and now have increased core strength enabling my return to train as a sprinter in an effort to achieve my aspirations. I'd recommend Bounce Back to anyone willing to learn more about their body and its natural mechanisms and ability to heal and strengthen.

BOUNCE BACK SPINAL STRENGTHENING & BALL CLASSES

"Bounce Back" Spinal Strengthening and Ball Classes are an exciting new product designed by Trish Wisbey-Roth and a team of physiotherapists. The classes are based on Trish's core stability grading system and are designed for anyone wanting to improve their core strength and control. Introduction, Intermediate and Advanced level classes have been designed so that all levels of ability and fitness are catered for, ranging from clients with significant spinal pain, to post-surgical patients, to the elite athlete. The exercises taught in Bounce Back are very specific and are based on the latest research into motor relearning and spinal stabilizing muscle function. The aim of the exercises taught is to retrain how the brain co-ordinates the body so that the brain and body become a better team. Simple equipment including swiss balls and resistance band is used to provide an increasing challenge to the spinal stabilising muscles, as the classes progress.
