Bounce Back has equipped me in primarily in two ways:
1) With my recently acquired knowledge of the Bounce Back techniques, I now understand the importance of core strength in athletes and the difference it makes to being a sustainable-successful athlete ie. prevent and / or recover from injury; and
2) I've been rehabilitated from having two bulging lumbar discs and now have increased core strength enabling my return to train as a sprinter in an effort to achieve my aspirations.
I'd recommend Bounce Back to anyone willing to learn more about their body and its natural mechanisms and ability to heal and strengthen.
